Tired of rude staff. Staff is rude. Appears that most Yale or HHC staff are that way these days. I'd like to find a PC that has a professional courteous staff.

I looked for quite a while for a PCP I liked, would listen to me, and had friendly staff. I actually care about friendly staff (almost) more than the Doctors demeanor. I care at least as much. I went to one appt with more than one office. In some cases the phone call to set the appt up was all that was needed to not go. I have had several appointments with Dr Breier over the last year. I am not looking anymore.

Best doctor in New Haven and empathetic listener. I have been a patient of Dr. Breier for a long time, and I refuse to see anyone else. Dr. Breier always takes time to listen to my concerns. At each visit, he remembers what we discussed prior and always ask about my children, he even remembers their names. I literally cry at each visit because of my self-esteem but at the end of each visit I feel like a million bucks. His staff always treats me with kindness and that goes a long way!

I had an initial appointment with this doctor. I have to say that he was the most thorough and professional doctor I have ever met , and I’ve met a lot. He spent several minutes examining me and talking with me. He addressed all issues I had concerns about. I would highly recommend him.
