We had an appt got there on time and had to wait in line which was no problem of course until I reach the window and was turned away because we were late for our appt!! I was told it is policy that if you are more that 5 mins late. We were not we were in line!Waiting to be checked in! I have been a patient for awhile and have never had this happen! And it took me a long time to finally get an appt for my son to get an appt with the dermatologist so now he will have to wait again and he has no meds left!! Absolutely terrible and girl at desk didn’t seem to care at all she was rude and and told me call To reschedule… next!!!

if u can find affordable health care elsewhere, go there I used to b pt of Yale primary care and when we were told of chg to Hill Health I was so disappointed. The last thing Hill Health is is responsive to their clients. The physicians on many occasions are not qualified to administer basic care. appts are delayed, what is 10.00 appt. could go into the afternoon before being seen. A wait on Sargent Dr. is understood however, no one is compassionate enough to give u a clue to what is going on. In addition, this site only recently got benches outdoors so ppl can sit while waiting for rides! There r no services like water or vending machines anywhere! it is 90 degrees out and all the water fountains r shut off!! So I guess affordable healthcare means crap health care. I knew I should hv just gone to the e.r.!! won't make this mistake twice! They ask u to sign a paper @ tardiness and missed appts. yet what is their responsibility to the patient for no show???!!!!

Very unhappy with how we were treated by the billing department. I had made a payment online, but it got tied up in the system for some unknown reasons. My daughter received a call from a collector about the bill. Then a week later I received a collection bill. We sent a screenshot of my payment attempt to whomever in the billing department. They called back five days later to advise us on canceling online payment and pay over the phone. I eventually got through and paid my bill of $205.00. Ten minutes later someone from the billing office contacted my daughter and rudely told her that an additional $73.00 for collection fees was being added. She tried to explain the situation and that rude individual did not care and told it was being added. Totally unprofessional business !!!! Not worthy of 1 star

Today I had a dentist appointment, I came across a gentleman by the name of “E” he did a great job on the cleaning. Where others rushed, he took his time and made sure everything was taken cared of. The staff was friendly, the place was sanitary. I highly Recommend this dentistry to those seeking work to be done.

They never call back Dont seem to care

I don’t even know where to start in regards to how poorly they conduct business. It’s really sad especially because this is people's health we’re talking about. I’ve been calling for over a week in effort to get an issue resolved regarding a prescription. For days I’ve been getting the run around and told that someone will get back to me by end of day. I’ve spoken to reps and managers (including a manager named Lindsey today) who’ve all made empty guarantees of someone following up with me and nothing. I called again this afternoon a little before their close of day and got a rep who “verified” my info and then transferred me to a dead end. I’ve called other times and heard reps swearing in the background..extremely unprofessional. Though I haven’t received a call regarding my prescription that I’ve been calling about, I have received a call to reschedule my scheduled pre-op appointment. The kicker is I’m not having any operations so what’s the pre-op appointment for?! For that situation I simply got an ‘oops.’ from the rep. Huge red flag!

Omg is so hard to get someone to pick up the phone, you really need to hire more customer service people for real!
