Pros: Easy appointment, friendly staff Cons: Promptness (none, wait time was over an hour), bedside manner (technical skills may be high but communication, interaction, rapport can stand improvement) , spends time with patients (minimal at best, zero for followups - the first and third followup visit was allocated to a medical resident, the second visit was under 5 minutes at most) It's a shame. Had normal/high hopes for this oncologist with impressive credentials who works at Yale New Haven Hospital. It's another example of health care professionals leaving the medical resident doctors to do everything. 90% of the first visit was with an intern, second visit (wait was much longer than the actual visit), the third visit was nonexistent (an intern called hours before the scheduled appointment time, didn't speak to the doctor at all). As a patient, it felt dismissive. I could have scheduled an appointment with any provider but chose Yale Hospital because I expected quality care.

I'm so grateful I ended up here.... What a well run place and most importantly the people here are all fantastic.... Was able to make an appointment quickly with Hailey and was seen by Dr. Park right when we all arrived... Please continue with the great job.....
