Community Health Center Of New London's Online Review Report Card

I am going to give the CHC 4 stars. The service that I had was to my satisfaction but I can concede that there are issues present at this facility, primarily due to the number for patients that they have to care for on a daily basis. The services that they provide are far more then most low income individuals receive in other states. I am sincerely grateful for them.To all of the people complaining about the service that they received, how many of you actually paid for the medical attention you received? Stop complaining about free. The service that I have had with this establishment has been perfectly fine. They fixed a number of my teeth and did a rather good job for what I paid. You can't sit here and say that a medical facility as busy as this is will not have problems. Of course it will. Its how we go about effecting change upon these faults. If there is a problem with the service that you've received then go through the proper channels and do so. Don't sit here and flame the place just because you had a bad day. That is not fair.

I’ve been going to Community Health Center for decades. For the most part I have had excellent care. My primary care physician, Dr. Baleswaren, dentist Drs. Odoom and Irving, and mental health caregivers are all at CHC and that is really convenient. CHC has great group therapy as well! A mindful meditation group for chronic pain and stress, art therapy group, women with chronic illness group, and more.

I went to my appointment at CHC in new London for a dental check up and I literally wanted my time there I’ve never felt so personally attacked in my life I have problems with acne and the entire visit the extremely rude dental assistant kept saying rude comments about my face the actual dentist was even worse I basically wanted my time because they didn’t even do X-rays nothing the entire appointment was about my face to the point where I was like is this a face appointment or is this a dental appointment I will not be going back there and the front staff was even worse super rude they seriously need to shut their doors until they learn how to treat patients

Good service. I have worked with a few different branches of the CHC and have received quality treatment every time. Highly recommend any of their locations.

In person I never got the information for my dermatologist and I was suppose to get a call back regarding my dermatologist referral, but I haven't heard anything from them. I was suppose to get a blood test but my nurse forgot about that too. I honestly feel like that they withholding the information so I can just get treated here but it's clearly over there heads and I need to been seen by someone who can actually help me.

They are ALWAYS so very rude and take so long to see the doctor even when your on time or 10 minutes early to your appointment and all the nurses are rough with both my children and rude to them when they are getting shots

Operations manager was very rude and unprofessional. I will be reporting this to corporate. The attitude, body language, and Demeter were all off.

So the initial intake to become a patient over the computer I get, but when somebody calls for a standard sick child visit and they offer a visit over zoom.. really...please enlighten me as to how one can give an accurate medical diagnosis over a video? Absolutely ridiculous. Now it's off to the emergency room for a wait that is hours long because they are scared to do their damn jobs that they signed up for

After second witness to management today, I don’t believe I will be returning. God awful!

I really appreciated the woman I had spoken to she was so nice & made me feel like she was really trying to help me and that she did. . 😀🙏 GOD Bless her..
