List of Debra R. Miller's Reviews
Reviewing on behalf of a good friend, who requested anonymity. All of the 1 star reviews are true. Dr miller rushes to diagnose you and doesn’t ask any helpful questions or validate feelings/concerns. My friend saw her earlier this summer and she glanced at her face from 5 feet away for a total of 3 seconds and immediately started typing on her iPad a prescription for her. Without saying a word!! She was barely open to further discussion and My friend left with 3 new meds after she spent 3 seconds on her face, and did not care to spend time explaining the possible long term effects of these medicines. It doesn’t feel like she cares for her patients at all or puts in the effort to understand or empathize with them.
The worst experience I ever had. My friend and I very disappointed, she was rude, unprofessional and aggressive. I had to change this doctor there is no way I would see her again.
I have been going to Dr Miller for several years. She is an excellent dermatologist. Knowledgeable and competent with a great staff. She is a straight forward, no nonsense physician. Some may be too sensitive to a straight forward approach from some of the reviews I read. I prefer this type of manner from a physician. Dr Miller will always provide great, honest feedback on your condition.
Couldnt get appt and she was rude on phone when found out I use state. Said “we don’t accept husky right now bye”.
She will examine your skin, may order a lab, however, I feel she is kind of rude.
Great doctor! She's very straight forward, and diagnosed my skin condition when others couldn't.
The good part is she does the exam very quickly. Last visit she had an intern helping, and came across as more abrupt than usual. She would not listen to my concerns, and simply showed the intern the areas of my skin and her diagnosis. I was not included in the conversation. The wait in the exam room gave me lots of time to see she used aluminum foil for a backspash, a very cheap move. The small machine was badly scraped and old. The chair I had to wait in, was the most uncomfortable kitchen table chair on earth. The art on the walls badly dated, and looked like thrift store finds. The longer I waited, the more I wanted to run out of there. If you want a cold robotic Dr., she's your girl.
I read some of these reviews before I went . And I'm not sure if we went to the same place. I was met at the door for a temp check .. ok great! I like that. Receptionist was pleasant. No problems .. reception area looked fine to me. Waited maybe 10 minutes... Again great. The Dr. Came in and let me know the APRN would be checking my skin then she would come back... Ok great! Nice person... Knew what she was talking about. No she's not the Dr... But she's definitely not the "girl in training". Do those of you saying things about her even know the scope of practice for an APRN. Well let me tell you .. they can practice on their own... They can deliver babies .. I'm good with one checking my skin. Dr. Came back...reviewed findings talked about my concerns .. gave RX...and ok'd removal of a spot on my foot .. again the APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse.. give her a little credit) gave me local and shaved off the mole. Great ..done... Little bandaid .. ready to roll... Fabulous visit.
Wish she was more helpful,$95 for less than 10 mins to say she doesn't do sis.
Very professional, from front desk to medical assisant to Dr. Miller, and an overall great first visit experience. Will definitely return, and highly recommend this dermatology practice!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
