Unbelievable how long the wait was, in his antiquated office. After I got in to see Dr. Sprecace, I was asked a series of questions relating to my social life and if he did not like the answer, he would comment. I am sorry I ever took time out of my day to walk into his office. If I wanted to feel insulted, I would have stayed at work.

Dr. Sprecace has a somewhat gruff exterior, be he is actually the most caring, effective doctor I have ever seen. It goes beyond his work as an allergist -- if you are having an issue with another doctor, he will pick up the phone and you can bet it will be sorted. Wait times are long as others say, but I've always found the staff friendly.

Dr. Sprecace is the best doctor Ive ever had! He cares about my health and goes out of his way to help me. I have his cell and home number to call in an emergency. They just don't make doctors like this anymore. I pray he stays well and continues his service. Thank You DOC. Harry Spanos

Dr. Sprecace used to be one of the most brilliant doctors in the field of allergies and immunology, but the time has come, after 64 years of practice to retire. After I waited 45 minutes to get in to see Dr. Sprecace in his filthy office, he took 50 minutes to explain to me why I shouldn't have an animal. I understand that I shouldn't have animals, but having an emotional support animal for PTSD is part of my treatment. In addition, Dr. Sprecace made some insensitive remarks about minorities. To end it all, he forgot to order some simple diagnostic tests for me. I think its time to retire.

Dr. Sprecace is an unashamed racist man. He used to be a brilliant doctor, but that is not the case anymore. After 60 years of practicing medicine it is time to close shop. I waited for over 40 minutes for my appointment, and the office is old and dirty. When I got in to see the doctor, he took 50 minutes to shame me about having animals in spite of having allergies. Have been a patient for over 10 years. Appreciate the care and oversight of treatment. Dr. Sprecace has > 50 years of expertise treating, and most of his staff have been with him for > 30 years.

Have met with Dr Sprecace several times. Very educated man though he doesn't seem open for alternative ideas, strongly opinionated though his forgetfulness works against this. Several times has forgotten diagnostic tests or medication follow through.
