TURP surgery in Nov 2021 @ Yale/New Haven L&M Hospital, never heard back about a office follow-up surgical check-up. So I inquired about one 6 months later, April of 2022, Britto's office did make the follow-up appointment for me. But the day of that appointment, after I arrived on time for, I was informed that someone at Britto's office had canceled my appointment and not bothered to call and inform me. Nice! Great patient/doctor communications.Then there was the blood clot debacle. Maybe it's a personal issue? that I'm not aware off. It is what it is and was
