I happily travel an hour from New Haven to see Dr. Rydell. She is a fantastic diagnostician, and even more, she has a compassionate, holistic view of the patient. I am so gratefuk for Dr. Rydell, and the fantastic front office and nursing staff!

Waited a year for my appointment, they canceled on me once. Just received a phone call for another reschedule NINE MONTHS OUT. NO THANK YOU! This is completely unacceptable and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this doctor who has the audacity to do this to a new patient. If this is how she treats new patients, I guess I don’t have to guess how her overall service is. Glad to be going elsewhere!

Doctor Rydell is an outstanding Physician ! Fifteen years ago, Dr. Rydell found a cancer in my body that was not easily discovered. It was through her questioning, not so much the tests performed, that made her insist on a specific biopsy that was not otherwise called for. I am pleased that Dr. Rydell made the decisions that she did, and I am very pleased that I made the decision to ask her to be my Primary Physician. I believe I am alive and thriving today because of my relationship with this specific physician and the decisions that she made. Thank you Doctor Rydell.
