Was a long time patient. The girls in the office Kristen and Lauren refuse to pick up the phone when I call. Was forced to switch doctors because I couldn't simply make an appointment. I called over 60 times for 8 months (documented) being ignored till I was told by the state of CT to switch doctors during my workers comp case. My back gave out and I can't simply make an appointment here (my doctor that i chose). They left me to fend for myself mid workers comp case. Completely ignoring me while I was in pain when calling my doctor for attention. They left me to find a new doctor because they refuse to answer the phone or simply return phone calls.

I was very nervous about seeing a spine surgeon but took a friend's advice. Dr. Brown was very thorough while explaining my condition. I now know what to look for in terms of my symptoms improving or worsening. He advised me to avoid surgery at this point and offered non-invasive options. If and when I do need surgery I will certainly go to him. His assistant and staff are professional and efficient. I would highly recommend Dr. Brown.

I've had chronic neck pain for years. I've been taking pain meds with great discipline with supervision of my PCP. I first met Dr. Brown 2 yrs ago and he said he'd be willing to do surgery based on MRI provided I stopped taking pain meds. No problem. Subsequently I needed major dental work which delayed surgery but recently I pursued this option with Dr. Brown. After 2 recent meetings with his PA only, Sarah told me he would not operate. His opinion: I can't or won't stop taking my pain meds!

Someone gave me his name. Unfortunately he was unable to help me because of insurance issues. He knew exactly what was wrong or so he said and referred me to another place and they denied me also.For years I have been living in pain with unresolved issues. Another surgeon did two different levels surgeries with short term fix until it left me out of work and unable to support myself.Doctors have a code that they can't tell what the other did wrong. I guess?? He asked me a question that keeps ringing in my ears over and over Why do I think the other surgeon wont see me I replied because I don't have $350 dollars or, was that a trick question to see what I would say because I am wondering if these doctors know what is wrong and will not say. I wish one would just say fixable or not. Its been five or six years now and I am no closer to finding an answer. This office was very good to me and tried to get me help: thank you.

Would highly recommend Dr. Briwn or Sara Watson. Spent time with explanation of my neck problem. Also did not rush into surgery like many surgeons today. Very happy with this office and I will be a patient for like. Thanks!

I would highly recommend Dr. Brown to anyone one. The over all staff are wonderful and caring also Sarah is wonderful. I'm awaiting surgery and have alot of confidence in Dr. Brown and Sarah.

Dr. Brown changed my life! I had been in pain for years and misdiagnosed by another Ortho. dr. Dr. Brown operated on my disks at back of my neck through my throat. I had a great recover and did not even need to go to therapy. I have full range of motion in my neck and have not looked back. This is over five years ago. Sorry it took so long to share this!!

A mind boggling wizard. Good thru and thru.
