I appreciate Dr. Elder and think she is great! The office however has a lot to work on! I walked in 10 minutes late and had called earlier to say I'd be 10 minutes late. They would not take me in. I work in the health profession and have seen people 20 minutes late if they have a good excuse! Typically the staff will come and ask me if I will see the patient. They did not bother to ask Dr. Elder.
