Always a positive experience at this practice. I have used various doctors at different times and have always had a great outcome.

My partner loves Dr. Guelielmo, but since he has joined this practice we’ve been seriously considering finding a new doctor. The front office is a nightmare. It usually takes about fifteen minutes to get through to a real person on a good day, and their idea of an appointment reminder is a robocall several days before that doesn’t tell you what day or time it is, just that they called.

I was referred here for a workers comp case, specifically to see dr. Brand. Met dr brand once, the remainder of the time with his p.a.While being seen there, everyone except the p.a. Was super cool, friendly. Maybe I just didn’t click with this guy, but I got a bad vibe from him. Can’t really explain it, just made me uncomfortable.During my time being seen there, my companies insurance cleared me for physical therapy, I guess with orthoconnecticuts competition. As soon as the p.a. Found out where I was being seen for pt, he became overly aggressive... “I just don’t understand why you would choose to go to our competition, and then come back here for treatment” “it doesn’t make any sense that insurance would send you there, don’t they realize who they’re dealing with...”my last visit, both my pt and I don’t feel I’m ok to return to work, I was literally just cleared for work conditioning. P.a. Says he’s returning me on light duty. Told him about my pt’s and mine shared feeling... “well your opinions don’t matter, I get to decide when you go back to work, not them or you”Told him I was just cleared for work conditioning, which pt highly recommends and works insurance needed time to schedule and ok for me... “ that’s rediculous, I wrote a script two weeks ago for work hardening, I get that conditioning and hardening are different, but you should have been doing that immediately after I wrote the script, you need to get your stuff together, when I give you a script I need you to be on top of it and get to it”.Not for nothing... I don’t need a doctors office talking to me like I’m 8 when I’m 27. He examined a swollen foot, and told me I’m clear for 100% duty, when I work 10+ hours a day, 5 maybe 6 days a week. I understand people have bad days, but keep your baggage at the door. If you can’t do that, get a new job. Highly disrespectful assistant, dr brand. Will not be coming back for any follow ups, and will be getting a second opinion.

I’ve had great experiences seeing Dr. Ganal. He performed surgery on my left shoulder and was helpful and informative throughout the whole process.

Do not use this practice - worst experience of my life - lack of administrative skills - messed up my insurance billed wrong companies - wrong billing - and after the operation - Dr. Bazos did not even personally check on my status after the operation when I was being checked out - the only thing they perfected in was charging and making you come in for numerous appointments.

I am reading these reviews and have no idea how people can say the horrible things.I have been to this office 3 or 4 times for myself and my kids and everything about the office is great, including the doctors.I can only imagine that this is another doctor or an enemy of the docs writing these.Bezos I do think is one of the top docs in his field in the area with possibly the best bed side manner I have ever see. Be carefull putting too much thought into these awful reviews, unfortunately people are allowed to say anything on the internet without having to provide any proof or back it up.I would highly suggest this office and see Bezo if possible

If I could give this place less then one star I would. It makes my top 3 list of most horrible doctor visits ever. Got rushed around, then sat in a doc office so the doctor could show up 2 hours later and say next to nothing to me, The hospital wanted a mri, no mri, no script to help for pain in the mean time from them to the script for physical therapy that the doctor wrote that I have no idea why he wrote because he didn't say anything or even take a mri, then at the front desk no one knows what the hell is going on and kindly informs me my insurance wont cover the physical therapy they prescribed me.. I was so mad and hurt and in pain that by that time I just had to walk away. Stay away from these people and this awful doctors office. Amazing the place is even still in business.
