Let’s start with great music. The ‘90s remain unmatchedThe walkin process is virtually effortless and the interaction with front desk staff is enjoyable.A quick laugh in the examination room puts everyone at ease and caps off a pleasant experience.I highly recommend this facility

HHC GoHealth Urgent Care in Newington CT is the best if someone is looking for COVID test. In this place they will take you at the moment you walk in without an appointment or by appointment. They are very flexible and very friendly. I highly recommend it.

Front desk person is rude and unprofessional. Attitude and treating walkins like intruders before they even put their names in. Went to Urgent Clinic in Newington right by Bertucci’s and was seen by kind professionals who actually care.

Agree with many of the reviews Unsympathetic rude extremely unexperienced staff. No sense of urgency no customer service skills no people skills lack of understanding and so on. Healthcare system is already fd up but this is just beyond rediculous What are they getting paid for? Why 4 plus hours of wait time and why not greet a human being like a normal human being. Stone cold women starring at you. Avoid this location and also I wish our health care system existed cuz I felt like I’m in 3rd world country. Stupidity is beyond me.
