Never a disappointment always on top of everything when it comes to your medical needs. to top the icing on the cake there fast and quick. u never have to wait in the waiting room for so long there fast. I love them there very welcoming

The service was extremely quick, the receptionist was very polite and professional, the nurse was super sweet and attentive. So why the 1 star, well, because of the PA, Mike. He lacks compassion, patience, and understanding. Completely disregarded how horrible I was feeling, did not thoroughly check me, and refused to give me a note for adequate time away from work to recover. I will not return to this location ever again, which is unfortunate, because as stated before, my experience was amazing until I encountered the provider. Update: I went to another urgent care the day after visiting this one, because my symptoms had intensified, and I had an allergic reaction to the medication prescribed. I was retested because the provider wanted to make sure medication was necessary, the test was negative. I told the provider that the physician assistant, Mike, at priority urgent care in Newington, was adamant about my results. She said "Well, your results are negative, and I can see from your visit to the ER when they tested you there, that the results are negative as well, so the PA was wrong, I don't know how he came to his diagnosis". Absolutely horrible and unacceptable.
