I can't say enough about this office. Dr. Courtney Souza and Jessie are some of the most compassionate people I have met in Healthcare. They never make me feel rushed or stupid when I ask questions. All the ladies in the front office are wonderful as well. I have called on many occasions (I'm not afraid to admit that. I'm a new mom! I'm still learning), and asked questions or looked for guidance, and each time, they are very nice and understanding. They are all so welcoming. I am so incredibly upset with the service here. My stepson is on concerta. He has one pill left. We called for four days prior and they are having phone issues. Finally reached someone yesterday they said they would send the script over and never did. Now I am sitting here with only one day left of meds and the answering service personnel Jill will not let me speak to a physician. I am at my wits end at the point. How could you not send a script over especially when it’s not my fault your phone lines were down for days. Bring a pediatricians office this is absolutely uncalled for.
