Always a good visit. Never rushed, checks all my test results and goes over them with me. Makes suggestions but also knows his patients as individuals. Takes care of business and in such a kind and caring manner. Thankyou Doctor Yetil.

Isnt that called Medicare fraud? Beware.He started charging for phone televisits when l used the app to ask questions. What the heck? Isn't that called Medicare Fraud? The staff is extremely impersonal since selling practice to Hartford Healthcare. Handling preauthorization is still impossible without spending hours on the phone with my insurance company myself twice a year. My doctors office does nothing. That same doctor became totally impersonal when they sold their practice to Hartford Healthcare. Dr. Yetil became more concerned with his ratings with Hartford Healthcare than with patient care. He went from 3 stars to minus 1 star. Rude comments made about patients on their web site. I don't think he still realizes patients have complete access to his comments. Duh. The old staff that has not really taken their training seriously. It is literally impossible to get preauthorizations approved. It takes me hours on the phone with insurance company, pharmacy and sometimes the doctor's office to get these approved myself. I regretted sometimes wishing he had a better network of specialists for referrals. . A total disaster when they sold practice to HHC. I will never be treated at any medical or hospital facility affiliated with Hartford Healthcare. Seeing my records in my chart app and their comments just made me really mad. Infuriated by comments. I left this doctor shortly after they sold out to Hartford Healthcare. So glad I'm out of there. Whew!

The office staff is questionable. I dropped of REQUIRED paperwork to be completed for my insurance. Sadly, the office staff cannot seem to locate it. i have been on hold for over 30 mins waiting on Kaysha to find it. I told her to call the blonde lady i gave it to. She is gone for the day, So, call her!! Surely this warrants a phone call. I made this task as simple as possible for each office; vision, dental & doctor by adding my name & number on the manila folders as well as adding my info on the enclosed paperwork. This is just sad and disturbing that paperwork can be lost in a matter of 2 days. I did not have this problem with my dental or vision offices in which BOTH Admins in the offices were able to sign the forms right then and there on behalf of the doctors. Im not sure why this office could not do the same. Very disturbing.
