Hindola Konrad's Online Review Report Card

Waited an hour until I saw the Dr. It seemed rushed since she was running behind, and I had a serious eye issue. Then experienced a mess with the office people in regards to finding me a Tier1 doctor, for my particular issue, so as not to pay $100 copay. You only have one shot at a first impression. I was not impressed.

I was very uncomfortable with her arrogant, pushy personality and my appointment for dry eye lasted 4 minutes at best. She was not the least bit pleasant or interested in explaining things to me. Very unnecessary attitude. I will not be returning.

I went to Dr. Konrad for upper lid surgery 15 years ago. Last week I went for lower lid surgery. Excellent. I feel safe and confident with her. She is just so good at what she does. It's a scary thing having your eyes done. I am so happy and feel so fortunate that she is my Dr.

Saw Dr Konrad for an exam and I've been trying to order contacts online but according to the 2 companies that I have tried, she doesn't exist. I've left voice-mail and have spoken with 2 people at the desk saying someone will call me back but I have still not heard from anyone.

I have been a patient of Hindola Konrad M.D. for around 17 years. I was diagnosed with Graves’ Disease and had a bulging eye. I felt like I was in the best hands from the first day I met Dr. Konrad. She was always so kind and took the time out to talk to me. As time went by she even gave me the courage and strength to stop smoking. That alone was amazing. Dr. Konrad is a true professional who cares for her patients. She is very intelligent, has a lot of patience with a great bedside manner, and she will never let you feel like your office visit was rushed. She is definitely a people person. Dr. Konrad and her assistant Kaitlyn work so well together…they are like the Dynamic Duo! Dr. Konrad’s appointments are timed where you never have to wait. There have been times where she greeted me in the waiting room and brought me in as I also saw her do with other patients. (I personally felt like a celebrity when she did that. - 😂) I would highly recommend Dr. Konrad to whomever is looking for the best Oculoplastic Surgeon, Ophthalmologist. Always a good experience. Dr. Konrad is thorough and doesn't rush her patients. She has treated me for several years for thyroid eye problems.

Amazing doctor! Gave me back my confidence when she did such a beautiful job on my eyes. I’m finally OK with being in pictures again. She is very patient and kind, it’s like you’re visiting a friend rather than a doctor! As a hair salon owner I have recommended her to over 20 clients all that have been so satisfied and amazed with her talent. She is a true professional!

I would give her more stars if I could. Dr. Konrad is an excellent doctor and her staff is well organized and respects your time. I travel 30 miles to see her!

I live out of state and still continue to be a patient of Dr. Konrad. The quality of care is superior and the office staff is professional and caring.
