Other than the initial scheduling experience, I have no complaints. The staff was very friendly and professional. I originally called to make an appointment about an issue I was having. The scheduler was very abrupt, telling me my first appointment would be a full body check and there was nothing available for six to eight weeks. I took the first appointment available. My expectation was the appointment would be for a full body check, instead it simply addressed my skin issue. The total visit lasted about 20 minutes.

I’ve been a patient at Dermatology Associates of Western Connecticut for 2 decades. The quality of care & professionalism I consistently receive is excellent, from the practitioners to the support staff. I’ve been treated for a variety - from rosacea to hereditary hair loss. Thanks to their advanced therapeutic modalities, I have no spots of redness and my hair is still a crowning glory. The latter was very traumatic for me and yet, Dr. Zalka’s expertise saved my hair while keeping me sane. A stand up practice.
