Dr. Baroody is a skilled and conscientious ophthalmologist. Her examinations are thorough, her directions are clear, and she followed up immediately after my cataract procedure. I have every confidence in her, and would recommend her to others.

I have been going to her for several years. Staff is great. I went to another group in danbury where I had a macular hole and they messed my eye up after surgery. Went to Columbia on New York and the doc did another surgery. Changed to Dr Baroody. She is excellent, very thorough, neat around.

On New Year’s Eve I began to see a dark spot in my right eye. By Sunday I knew something was very wrong so I contacted Dr. Baroody. She met me with no delay at her office and diagnosed the problem… a partially detached retina. She then contacted a colleague of hers who met me at his office about an hour later. Dr. Baroody is personable, caring, professional, and very knowledgeable. You want someone you can trust in caring for your eyes. Someone like Dr. Baroody.

Dr. Baroody epitomizes the practice of ophthalmology with the highest level of diagnostic acumen, well beyond the normal scope of practice which she combines with a deep focus on the needs of the patient as a whole person. She has saved my vision and through her diagnostic skill, saved my life with an emergency admission to Danbury Hospital for treatment of an acute manifestation of a rare systemic condition. Her refractions, including four optic parameters compensating for dry macular degeneration with drusen and a unilateral, tractional epiretinal membrane with dysmorphopsia, are exceptional in optimizing my residual vision. I recommend her without exception.

Dr. Baroody is an excellent eye surgeon. Additionally, she is thorough and really cares. She followed up only hours after my surgery to see how I was doing! So pleased with the care I received.

Failed to diagnose a case of common blepharitis/chronic dry eye after three visits in less than a month. Suggested a gluten/dairy allergy and referred me to her partner for a second opinion...luckily, I went to another practice in the area and got a diagnosis, a treatment plan, and resolution. Would not recommend Dr. Baroody.
