Did a excellent job replacing my knee . I have no numb spots and the scar is barely noticeable. I have full mobility and so happy the pain is totally gone

Knee Replacement at age 80. Absolutely no pain, no problem. Walked immediately, now running easily. Absolutely professional Niantic staff, entire office.

Would recommend Dr. Thoms in a heartbeat. He performed 2 hip replacements on me about a year apart. Answered all my questions, explained everything super thoroughly, was with me through every step, had a plan for everything, was very easy to get along with, and had a good sense of humor. My results were spectacular! ZERO pain to this day, ZERO complications or infections, and my range of motion has been returned to normal. Make sure to follow up and do your physical therapy, PT is paramount to your recovery. I honestly cannot thank this man (and his PA Austin, who is just as awesome as he is!) enough for totally transforming my life.

Dr. Thoms replaced my right hip. He is an expert in this area. His bedside manner is awesome. He called the night before the surgery to ease my worries and ask if I had any questions/concerns. He also followed up with me at the hospital 24 hours after the surgery to make sure everything was fine. He explains everything thoroughly. Points out the plusses and minuses of surgery and is quite the professional. There are at least 2 other friends whom I know that have had him perform surgeries and all likewise speak highly of him . I highly recommend him to anyone.

I felt confident in my choice when I had spoken to several people who had had Dr. Thoms do their surgeries. From the beginning he said that the pain would be brutal. He didn’t say “discomfort” once. He told me that the pain would improve as the days passed. True. He came to my house to replace my bandage when I first got home as I had sprung a leak. I was able to text him with any concerns I had during the process. He always responded. I am week 2 of my recovery and Dr. Thoms’ team has supported me throughout. I recommend this skillful surgeon and his team for any related surgeries. They are top notch. Leslie Rice

Hip replacement went perfectly. I am 68. I feel I have the hip of a thirty year old. Rehab went off without a hitch. Very knowledgeable staff at his office and at L & M Hospital.
