Thank you Kim for all of your help. Kim was amazing with scheduling and selecting the aides. She also followed-up with me to make sure I was satisfied and comfortable which I always was.Due to unforeseen circumstances, I called Kim on a Friday night for 24 hour aides, starting that night and for the next several weeks. Amazingly, she was able to fill the request. I was grateful and so pleased.The aides themselves were very caring and took very good care of my mom. There was nothing more that I could ask for.

I can't adequately put into words how thankful we are for Caring People. Kim has bent over backwards to help us, not only with scheduling, but with placing the right person to help our family. She follows up and does all she can to be sure everything is going as well as possible. Scheduling is on top of everything and hasn't missed a beat! But, most importantly, the aide we have could truly not be a kinder, more caring or more helpful person. She is thoughtful, proactive and has surpassed any expectation we have. Thank you to a team that is second to none!

Signed on with this agency when they were ‘Brooks Home Care’ and they, along with their owner Eric were fantastic. Unfortunately when they were sold/acquired by Caring I people I spent the next two years they took care of my grandmother chasing them down for updates and information after repeatedly asking them to be in constant contact with me regarding any issues that arose. They finally dropped my grandmother as a client and didn’t even have the decency to inform me OR my grandmother beforehand, and they instead placed the onus on my grandmothers state-assigned social worker to call us. For a company called ‘Caring People’ my experience is that whatever they care about, it’s definitely not their clients. What a joke.

After my mom had a fall I couldn't miss a day from work to take her to the doctors and Stellar Home Care was a pleasure to work with for this emergency! They responded quick and professionally and I would strongly recommend to anyone in need of a companion for their loved one!
