You will never see the same Doctors here. They are very slow communicating to offsite Pharmacies. If they are not going to refill your prescription by the time they communicate this to your Pharmacy you most likely will be out of medicine if you do not skip a few days......

I am a former patient of Norwalk Community Health, Dr. Lutas. I was at the emergency room and the emergency room doctor advised me that I had a Glaucoma attack. I went to see Dr. Lutas the next day and she told me that I had "Conjunctivitis". I told Dr. Lutas that my eye pressure was checked at the emergency room and it was over 30 which is clearly a sign for glaucoma. Dr. Lutas did not take into consideration my high eye pressure and she gave me eye drops for Conjunctivitis. My intuition was telling me that I did not have Conjunctivitis.............so I took it upon myself to go and see an Ophthalmologist and the ophthalmologist confirmed with to me that I had glaucoma and I had to have surgery the very next day. If I had listened to Dr. Lutas, I would have lost my eyesight and would be blind right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These clinic doctors are NOT highly educated to give the patients the correct diagnosis.................very scary.....If you are reading this article and are thinking of becoming a patient at Norwalk Community Health.....................I suggest you go somewhere else.

My two babies used to see a Pediatrician here. The Nurses and Pediatricians are the warmest most caring people I've ever met. Couldn't get appointment's due to their strange 3 day calendar. They won't book any appointments more than three days in advance. It broke my heart to leave them, but I can't live my life without it being planned out past 3 days. Would be five stars, or ten if I could get appointments.
