I had a very nice experience here, the front desk ladies were very sweet and listened well. Dr Sharma was extremely professional as well as knowledgeable. The only problem I felt was the clinic needs updating. I could tell the bathroom had been cleaned, but there was paper in the sink and on the floor.The staff needs to check there frequently.

The Ladies up front were rude and lacked basic customer service and communication skills as well as an understanding of social cues. I came for a check up on my overworked knee (I honestly just needed a doctors note) and got a lecture on how I am not following the BMI scale so I am overweight (this was followed with a new exercise plan that I could barely even do given my knee ) ..only about 3 minutes of my visit was about my knee…though I felt weight could have been addressed, the issue with my knee was side lined to talk majorly about how I’m not at a preferred weight for my height.

Scam scam scam! I walked into this place only needing a pre-surgery rapid Covid test. The only doctor available was by Telehealth. After waiting more than an hour still no word from the doctor. Meanwhile the 2 young women sitting at the desk were only interested in getting rings from their boyfriends and how they were going to decorate this Christmas. The only positive thing I can say is they refunded my money when I walked out. Don't waste your time here! I wish I could leave a ZERO stars rating

Amazing doctor able to correct errors an ER doctor made! I highly recommend him to ally friends and family! Your are in amazing hands when you go here!

The secretary was great. The Dr. (a young female) came out and had a terrible attitude problem. I went in on a Saturday stating that I just needed a Dr. and also that I had hit my head really hard a few weeks ago and was hoping to get a referral for a scan. That Dr. was so annoyed that I even showed up. She seems like she hates her job. She asked me why I didnt go to the ER and I said I wasnt dying and wanted to wait- and thats my right- to wait. She had such an attitude and said "well dont expect anything today"- I never requested anything that same day!!?? I dont know why she spoke to me like that. I didnt even go through with the appointment when I found out this office bills you as an emergency room visit through my insurance. I just left. The Dr. is not worth the bill.

Holy smokes. Just sat in a room for 2 hours. Nothing. Not sign of life whatsoever. Not to mention the whole place looks like it’s been bombed. Third world situation going on here. Couldn’t waste another minute, so I left, feeling sicker than when I arrived. I also noticed the couple of people who arrived after me, were called before me and done before me. Guess they forgot I was there? No doctor even there- they set you up w/a teledoc. I didn’t even get that far though. So bad.

Whatever you do. Don't go here. You'd be better off waiting hours at the ED. I will say that the Doctor was good and efficient. Everything was going okay until it was time to have my blood drawn and the lady had absolutely no clue what she was doing. It was like it was her first day or something. She didn't verify my name, D.O.B, nothing. Very unsettling feeling to know that someone like this is working in the medical field. My job uses this place for work injuries and I thought they were joking. Avoid this place at all cost

I made an appointment online to see a doctor in person. When I arrived and checked in, I was told there was no doctor in the office and the appointment would be held virtually. Then, after waiting half an hour after my scheduled appointment time, I asked why I hadn’t been seen only to be told that “appointments don’t matter” and any walk-ins who happened to arrive before me would be seen first.

AVOID!!! Made an appt for 8:15 am. Arrived 5 minutes early and did all the paperwork. Then the 1 employee there said the doctor is not in (?!?!). It’s a URGENT care with no doctor??? She said I could do a virtual visit. I asked how would they run a test on my sore throat virtually. She said “through our technology” (?!?!). This an unserious medical clinic. Go elsewhere if you actually need to see a doctor.
