First time visit in the Stamford office with doctor pinto. The front staff are rude and dr pinto was also quite rude. He asked my age and inappropriately assumed I am not planning on having more kids like what does that have to do with my skin and why is it his business. Felt rushed. He’s just passive aggressive. Do not recommend

I wish I could give Dr. Pinto and his whole staff 10 stars I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Frank Pinto this afternoon. I was apprehensive because I had 2 growths on each thigh that didn't look right and they annoyed me whenever I sleep on my side. Klara, the receptionist, was exceptionally nice and very friendly as was the whole staff and Angela, the nurse assigned to see me. Dr. Pinto greeted my husband and I with a warm smile and as he examined the 4 growths, he assured me that everything was benign and I was good to go. Although my visit was less that 5 minutes (the staff even remarked, "Wow, that was a quick visit!"), I felt that I was in good hands and would highly recommend anyone to see Dr. Pinto and his warm staff. By far, it was the most pleasant experience I ever had from when I arrived in the reception area to when I left. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Very callous and cold encounter. Find a different dermatologist if you can. When Dr. Pinto entered the room, I was not greeted warmly. He walked in and said, "I'm Dr. Pinto. What do you want to have done?" I found this odd for someone who would be trusted with cutting my face. I also found it strange that he would ask me this when I overheard the conversation through the door about why I was there and what I wanted to have done. After briefly looking at my face, he had me sit on the examining table and said: "This is cosmetic, and you will have to pay out of pocket." I again explained how I spoke to my Insurance, PCP, and the front officer. Neither Dr. Pinto nor his assistant said anything. They stared at me until I felt so uncomfortable that I walked to the front office to talk to the manager.

terrible / i had pro actively went had Basal Cell / beginning stages/ small/ he did the surgery in 10 minutes/walked out / i ended up with 9 stiches down my face/ 2 days later/ they incision was all infected / pus pockets all around the incision. i had to go back 3 times/ he never called me / all the other wonderful doctors fixed me with care and compassion! prescribed me antibiotics. He is terrible-dont go to him!

Very rushed interaction. Didn’t really want to discuss any of my concerns. I have been sick for a while and felt like maybe he’d listen based on a friend who gave me his name. Really honestly was a waste of my time.

A friendly, but business-like approach. I have had several appointments and required out patient surgery. I have had 100% success with his surgeries!

Excellent care. Thorough examination and treatment. I highly recommend him
