Illume Fertility's Online Review Report Card

I don't recommend the Illume Fertility. They got sued, you can find the case in Google. They are not interested in your pregnancy. They keep you on unsuccessful treatments for years because they need to milk your insurance or your money. Please avoid this practice and doctors.

I had a bad experience with the financial advisor who didn’t show any empathy, and complained about it to my nurse who was nice and kind. Despite having a bad experience, when I finally got my insurance I was willing to continue my journey with the clinic. However I felt like the financial advisor wasn’t helpful, I as a patient didn’t feel like I was being help and had to constantly call and try to reach out to her and felt that she didn’t want to communicate with me or isn’t interested on helping. I decided to go somewhere else.

Illume Fertility wasn't just successful with their mission to help my wife and me have a family. Along the way they were courteous, on-time, professional and over-the-top reliable. We never waited in the waiting room longer than ten minutes. The nurses, doctors and everyone else were funny, happy, bright and focused people. This is the place to commit to.

I had the worse medical experience here. I would not recommend this practice to nobody. They don't help but milk your money.

White glove service. Illume has helped my partner and me with our fertility journey and we have been guided with compassion and expertise. We have been thrilled with the service Illume has provided us.

If I could rate lower I absolutely would! I would not recommend. The lady helping with the finance aspect of things was horrendous. Couldn’t give any direct answers, very rude and misleading. She even told my partner and I what she felt would be best due to cost. It’s already and overwhelming and life changing decision. So to have someone who is supposed to be considered apart of a “supportive” team try and discourage the route you want to take to begin a family is not okay. Not only that when I called to speak to someone else this same individual called back. And was even more nasty this time. So my partner and I told them we are no longer interested and will consider other facilities and her response was “ Okay and”. Where is the professionalism. She had no regard whatsoever and I refuse to spend money or time with anyone who could care less.

I followd Dr. Meyer from her old practice to RMA. She is the most caring, warm, incredible Dr. I have ever met. My husband and I have been trying to start a family for years. Which caused me so much depression and anxiety. Dr. Meyer never gave up on us & always treated me with such compassion. My entire experience at RMA was wonderful. We made most appointments at the new office in Harrison, NY. No wait times, everyone was super friendly, so many resources, and great communication with staff. We are currently at the end of our first trimester with our miracle baby. I can’t ever thank Dr. Meyer & the staff at RMA enough.

Absolutely terrible communication from day one. When we brought up the lack of communication to the doctor, he blamed it on us that we “probably didn’t hear the nurse correctly.” We’ve had to coordinate their schedules, call repeatedly to find out the next steps and follow up constantly for any results. There is clearly no compassion nor pride at this practice.
