List of Jennie B Nally's Reviews
Billing is horrific for routine procedures, have been a patient for 4 years every visit takes months to get billed correctly with insurance.
Dr. Nally did a great job diagnosing an acne issue that 2 prior dermatologists were unable to diagnose
Had an experience similar to another reviewer. Had a mole on my foot that she told me was nothing. Fast forward a year - it turns out it’s something. Found her very very reluctant to practice preventative dermatology and have a history of skin cancer. Not talking about lots of biopsies - literally needed two over the time I saw her and she refused both.
Tell someone that their black spot is nothing, and you can destroy the rest of their life.
They only know how to take money from you. I had my first appointment last week and after a few days I had to return because the cream that the doctor prescribed gave me allergy. The doctor at no time touched or examined my face, in both appointments I stayed 5 minutes with him and he only knew how to prescribe more cream, cream of which I have to buy in his own office. he prescribed me an antibiotic but he never sent the prescription to the pharmacy, I've called him many times and no one answers.
We saw Dr.Nally today it was our second second visit and our last!!We arrived at 2.40 for a 2.45 appointment we were seated and waited until 3.30 before we were ushered into a room by a young lady with a mask over her mouth which made it hard for us understand her without any recognition or explanation that we waited 45 mins!!(Front desk staff had no clue who was in the waiting area nor cared lot of chatting going on)After a few minutes Dr.Nally entered said hi really didn’t see my daughter as a person never asked how she was she was so impersonal my daughter was just another number to her!!We spent about 3-5 mins with Dr.Nally (@cost of $75.00..first visit was $150.00)who repeatedly asked what we wanted to do next antibiotics, birth control (for a 14 year old?) stronger topical creams?Dr.Nally didn’t seem to know which direction to go!??I don’t have a problem with cost but having been waiting so long and then been given 3-5 mins with no real idea of what to do was frustrating! We need to find a dermatologist that is caring and sees her patients as people regardless of age etc..Departed Dr.Nallys office feeling annoyed ripped off and no better off than when we first saw her 5 weeks earlier!Dr.Nally your staff from front desk to medical staff need some serious training as YOU do yourself you are not seeing your patients as actual people which doesn’t make for a great doctor?!!Do not recommend won’t be back!Surely there is a Dermatologist out there that cares to take the time to see their patients?

Great doctor very personable
Dr. Nally has a wonderful approach to her patients. She is very thorough, conscientous and at the same time, warm and caring. You feel confident in her. She explains what she is doing and follows through . Her education and skills are excellent.
Dr. Nally was very kind and compassionate about a sensitive issue. She took time to explain her theories about what was going on with my hair loss and what she thought would be the best course of action. She ordered a full work-up of tests and biopsy and also called me as a wellness follow up and to discuss the results. I have seen other highly rated derms in CT. and none of them ordered blood work and biopsy. I mentioned PRP to her and she said, let's examine all the other less costly options

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
