The front desk “lady” was curt, fast, & seemed annoyed by questions to complete forms. The nurse/ PA (?) & Dr Nick were excellent, however: friendly, warm, caring. Both had a wonderful manner.

My experience exceeded expectations. I had a bad case of poison ivy and Dr. Laura was extremely helpful in treating it. She answered all my questions in a very pleasant and professional manner. A great place to seek urgent medical care.

Waited about an hour for our scheduled appointment. Front desk staff was very abrupt and not friendly. Don't take insurance for sports physicals, which I believe required by Connecticut

Absolutely horrible experience. The woman at the front desk is so beyond rude and they do not do blood work which is what they say on their website. Do not come here.

P.A Laura was so friendly and made my visit comfortable and easy. It was an hour wait, which was not bad considering I was a walk-in and 5th in line. I would go back if needed.
