I underwent a Colonoscopy and Endoscopy on March 3 and I want to let everyone know that the entire staff from the check in, to the prep work, to the procedure, to the final exit were all wonderful and not only very professional but treated me as if I was family Thank you to everyone involved, from my original consultation and set up to my final exit were fantastic!

Great doctor. Tried to get appointment not realizing he was now part of Conn GI. What used to be simple (making an appointment) became absolutely ridiculous! Had to leave messages at Corporate Headquarters (really). Messages were answered one or two days later and usually at times I was unavailable. So the process started again…leave a message and hope you were home when the call was returned. After finally making contact with a live person, I was given an appointment at a time that was changed (4) times. What used to be as easy as a phone call became a one of the most aggravating and frustrating experiences I can remember. Just trying to schedule an appointment with a doctor I’ve seen numerous times before. Found another doctor (not associated with Conn GI) and got an appointment with one phone call.
