Dr Bulgaro is a knowledgeable, compassionate physician. She took so much time to be sure I understood everything about my cancer and the treatment options. I highly recommend her to anyonecwiith breast cancer.

This doctor is overworked and understaffed. She has great bedside manner. She leans on the cautious side. Downfall is the communication when leaving a message for her. It seems to take two weeks or more to hear back. It should be better. It would be if she and the other doctors had more help.

Dr. Bulgaru is very intelligent and lovely, yet she lacks the concern for her patients anxieties and does not like to be questioned. She also does not follow up in a prompt manner with test results. Twice this has happened and that is twice too much.

Doctor Bulgaru is very knowledgeable but sometimes doesn't listen to concerns of the patient especially if she is questioned or the patients anxieties about things. Either bedside manner is lacking or there is a language barrier.

I would without hesitation recommend Dr. Bulgaru or ECHO in general to anyone needing oncology care. She is compentant, thorough, & very concerned about her patients. I have heard from many other medical care workers they would go to her or their family members have. Echo itself is very busy & sometimes waiting is necessary unfortunately cancer is rampant. I am just thankful that such a comprehensive cancer group is in the area.
