Dr. Kackielo is very knowledgeable and is serious about finding the causes for issues and treating the source rather than symptoms. She seems a little too judgmental about lifestyles that include smoking weed or drinking, but it never got in the way of getting good care. You won't always get to see her. Dr. Hanna is from another country so she sometimes appears shy and sometimes as if she is speaking sharply. English is her second language. In reality she is kind, conscientious and very thorough. Dr. Hanna found a problem of mine that other doctors have missed. She has talked to me on a personal level as if I were a relative. I really trust her. She has been my doctor for over 10 years and I plan to stay with her. She takes getting used to, but is very worth it for the quality of care. Her office staff has changed lately and seem to be very nice now. (She has had some cranky ones at the desk.)

Every time I go for an appt., regardless of what it is for, they always see me in a timely manner. Everything is explained and understood. Dr. Kackielo and her staff are simply the best at what they do. They are amazing!! The best!! Highly recommended.

It would have been nice to meet the doctor but her snobby receptionist, Tina made sure to inform me that WebMD’s website is inaccurate in advertising that this doctor accepts Medicaid. Then she went on to explain how the state doesn’t pay the doctor.

I have only been to one app with this Doctor when my Care Provider Julie Martin was not available and deeply regreted having to do so. Although this office is Kackielo's if she did not have Julie Martin I would not have stayed on their books as long as I have. I consider myself very fortunate to have been a patient of Julie Martin and am extremely upset that I have to change. To be told in writing ...
