Great guy. Has done colonoscopy procedures every 5 years since I turned 50. Now, at 74, I have much respect for his skill and diagnostics. He makes me feel comfortable, answers my questions and makes suggestions as to how to improve my digestive health. I saw him a couple of years ago for a problem with constipation. He took the time to discuss options writing down details so I didn't have to remember everything we discussed. His manner is matter of fact and direct and his suggestion for me was just the right thing to remedy the problem. I now pay attention to increasing my fiber intake and making other dietary and lifestyle improvements. I respect him, his skills and knowledge and couldn't think of anything negative...well, except for the colonoscopy preparation which is a necessary "cleansing" procedure for which I don't blame the doctor. He has my total respect.

Dr. Bernstein is fantastic. He never smiles (that I have seen) but he listens carefully and thoughtfully and explains in great detail everything that he is thinking, and answers every question I have (which is always a lot). I hate that I need a doctor like him but I am really glad that he is my doctor.

I've seen Dr. Bernstein 5 times, have had 2 colonoscopies and an endoscope. I'm schedule to have another colonoscopy & endoscope next month.

Awesome bedside manner and very informative! Was very impressed with his level of professionalism while remaining very personable! The office staff was very pleasant and expedient as well.

I've known Jeff Bernstien for 27 years. I believe I was his first patient with Crohns Disease. Dr. Bernstein is an excellent physician who. Is extremely knowledgeable in GI diseases and carefully explains everything he knows regarding your condition. One thing I really appreciate about him is the at he will not perform unessesary testing on his patients. -is bedside manner is excellent, however, over the years I've known him he has developed quite an ego, but what excellent doctor doesn't.

Dr. Bernstein was a very good choice for my wife but I could not get an appointment unless I gave the practice my Social Security Number. I would have been happy to do that in person but not over the phone. Given the amount of personal information they demand prior to an appointment I would not recommend the practice to anyone.
