Donna at the Backus wound care center in norwich is an AWESOME lady! A lady that really cares for patients! She made it known that i didnt have to face my severe burns by myself. She took care of me every week that I was attending to see her. After 6 weeks of treatment they released me yesterday, it kind of made me feel sad but on the other hand I knew I was being well taken care of. The service that I received no words could express how I feel. The trauma that I went through Donna and the three doctors that I seen made me feel confident that I will heal it might not be 100% but they made it known they would always be there for me for my injury. You don't hear of this anymore especially in today's world having a physician that actually cares says More Than Words. I hope my words can extend my gratitude to the wound care center in Norwich I thank you very deeply from my heart! Thank you Anne Khalifa 😊

Got to love them scheduling your appointment wasting your time we specifically told them that you think you have glass in your foot for about a year. So you take the time to go in when you work 60 hours a week to find out there's nothing they can do because they don't work on feet and have to be refer to another doctor you think you would know which body parts they work on when they set up appointments.
