Dr Pirrello repaired my hiatal hernia in March of 2022 and I have had no Gastro problems since and take no meds for heartburn. He is expertise in his surgery along with his staff. I will recommend him to anyone with this problem The surgery was quite painless and I went home the next day. I needed this surgery due to my stomach pressing on my heart.

I needed a hiatal hernia repair and was told that I would have to have gastric bypass. I didn't want gastric bypass, have never wanted it and told Dr Pirrello on at least four different occasions that I didn't want gastric bypass including just before going into the operating room. He did it against my stated wishes disregarding other, simpler procedures that would have effected a good outcome. I will never put my trust nor my health care in this man's hands again.

Dr Pirrello did my barietric surgery and gallbladder. He is very professional. He is caring, takes the time ans listens to your concerns. Explains everything ans just doesnt rush u on anything including surgery. I even followed him to his new office. For anyone who gave a bad review u obviously have the wrong dr cause he always listen and cares

Dr. Pirrelo quite literally saved our fathers life with emergent hernia/bowel repair. No other Dr around wanted to touch him and do the complicated procedure. He was so kind to us and talked us through every detail on the phone, during a time when we devastatingly can't be there with our loved ones. Thank you so much, Dr. Pirello!

Dr. Pirrello performed my bariatric surgery in 2018. Dr Pirrillo explains everything very very well and is very thorough. My gastric bypass surgery was a huge success. I highly recommend Dr Pirrello

Dr pirrello is amazing. I cant say enough about this amazing doctor. He saved my fiance's life from out of state gastric bypass where they made mistakes. I am very sad he left St.Francis -- I tried to find his new office with no luck as I am in the works of getting my hernia & other issues fixed. I am so nervous without him on my team.
