We recently had a child and have brought our little bundle of joy here about 3 times. They are professional and had helpful tips for caring for our child.

Completely unprofessional office staff representing a once reputable pediatrician. My daughters have seen Dr. Galán since the day they were born - we also did business with his wife for many years when she worked as a women’s doctor. This morning, I called regarding an ER visit and was told that my children were discharged from the practice and that I signed a letter confirming it. I was also told I received a “warning letter.” Both claims are completely untrue. When I asked to speak to the doctor, I was hung up on by a feeble woman named “Marcy.” When I called back after being hung up on, I was told I missed “several” appointments. When I asked for documentation, I was hung up on. They said the doctor would not call me back. The truth: THEY rescheduled an April physical for June. My mother, who is a healthcare professional, tested positive for COVID-19. As a responsible parent/adult, I called the practice & notified them & did not bring my child in without a negative test.

The doctor and PA are amazing. Friendly and loving towards my infant. The staff member that I often comunicate with at the front is rude, impatient and unfriendly. I will continue to use this office because honesly I can't say enough wonderful things about the nursing and doctor staff.

Great staff. Very caring. On call service if u have a problem in the middle of the nite. Which takes a bit to get back to u but still available. Gets u in same day if something comes up with ur child. Best doctor for norwich area.

I'm happy we chose this doctor's office for our son. Dr. Galan is very personable, friendly, great sense of humor, and most importantly good with our son. Becky is also awesome...she takes her time, easy to talk to, relatable, and is super gentle with our son. The office staff is nice and we have never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen...9 times out of 10 we get called in before we even get comfy in the waiting room!

We visited with Dr. Galan today with our 4 day old baby and loved everything about it! He was so gentle with our daughter and you could tell he loves the children and what he does. We are so happy with our decision, would highly recommend him to anyone! The office staff was very inviting as well.
