List of MIchael Jawahar Rajkumar's Reviews
The Google reviews do not seem to match up with the reputable sites that all have him at 3 stars or below. This man hates being corrected and loves calling you a liar. Once you point out to him why he's wrong, he gets incredibly agitated and literally starts yelling at you. He has to be in full control and if the patient even slightly gives their input - whether it is objective information that he has wrong or not - he will become further and further agitated to the point where he will storm out of your hospital room like a 5-year-old. This man is a disgrace.
He had terrible bedside manner. He accused me of lying before actually checking my records and realizing that he can't read English proficiently. He yelled at me. The purpose of his visit to my hospital room was to tell me the current state of my health; yet, the entire conversation was an interrogation. Perhaps he shouldn't work on holidays. I can't seem to think of any other reason to literally ...
I was very sick until I was treated by Dr. Rajkumar .
Dr. Rajkumar is a well-established Allopathic Infectious Disease Doc. He was pleasant, cordial, and kind until I disagreed with him and presented history and experiences that did not align with his training, experience, or belief system. It seems that he does not recognize or acknowledge long term, undiagnosed, misdiagnosed, or mistreated Lyme Disease and its effects. His mind is closed when it ...
Dr RajKumar is compassionate and the only one who figured out I had PID thru blood tests and bio reactive studies and he saved my leg
His medical assistant (I think her name is Julie?) is great. But that’s the only positive thing I can say about his office. Please do not go if you are referred to Dr. Rajkumar, unless you want someone who is sexist, belittling, and arrogant. I saw him once before and gave him a second chance despite not caring for him, but now I am regretting it. There is nothing more infuriating and more upsetting, than pulling up a health summary from a recent appointment, only to see doctor imply in his notes that you’re malingering and need to be on stronger anxiety medication, when the person who administers your anxiety medication says otherwise. I went to someone else on Friday and not only was Dr. Raj wrong, but I was able to get the treatment I needed. This is exactly why patients who have something going on with them are hesitant to go to the doctor. If you work in healthcare and look at patients this way, please find another field to work in.
This Doctor was much more worried about his own appearance than the well being of his patient. Worst bedside manner we have ever dealt with. Not a good listener. Talks at you not too you.
This man was incredibly rude to me. He asked me several questions and cut me off before I could answer them. He made rude comments about my weight, as well as my work and living status (which is none of his business and has no bearing on why I was there). I have been dealing with an illness for a long time and it is very frustrating and depressing that this is the person I have to deal with to get better. If you have the option, see anyone else besides this doctor.
I saw this doctor once. He made me feel incredibly stupid and like a worthless human being. He is heartless and did not care about me as a patient, not even a little bit. After trying to find any other doctor in the area for Lyme disease, I came to realize he was the only option within a reasonable distance. At that point, in desperate need of treatment, I reluctantly called to make another appointment. I was literally told "sorry the the doctor WILL NOT see you" and gave me some made up bull sh** reasons that made no sense. Good, why would I want to go to a doctor like this anyway. It just sucks that I can not find another doctor in the area, but it's worth an hour and a half drive to have a doctor that cares.
He is sharp,quick to diagnose.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
