I had a wonderful experience at PhysicianOne Norwich and would highly recommend it. Dr. Gordon was kind, compassionate, thorough and went above and beyond for me. Overall, the staff were friendly, the office was clean and comfortable and the wait time was minimal. I won’t hesitate to use them again should the need arise.

Just left ER after going to Physician One yesterday and getting subpar care from Dr. Steiner. Dr. Steiner visibly rolled her eyes at me and sneered when I was telling her my symptoms and mentioned potentially having a tick borne illness. She chalked my huge rash, cold sweats/ fever, and intense joint and muscle pain “an allergic reaction and maybe a virus” even after I told her I had never had allergies like this before and didn’t have COVID. She ordered a lyme test, not even a full tick panel, and stuck me on pain meds for the time being. Today the pain was so unbearable and the rash a perfect bullseye and had to pay a $250 copay to get the help I needed that she could have provided yesterday. The front desk staff was great, especially nurse Lisa, and there is a second doctor who may be redeeming, but my experience with Dr. Steiner cost me time, money, and extra pain.

The staff were friendly, no wait time, the doctor gave a through exam, took her time and asked many questions in order do give a proper diagnosis

I strongly recommend going to physicians one urgent care in Norwich. I was in and out and treated respectfully by all the staff. The girls at the front desk were exceptional. The doctor was wonderful and polite. I couldn’t avast for a better visit. They took care of me and made me feel like they really cared.
