I love aDr Nick! He’s my favorite Doctor! And I have my share of doctors! He found my issue with my blood and I feel so much better! I would highly recommend Dr Nick if you need a hemotoligst /oncologist he is great! Thank you Dr Nick!

The staff has been phenomenal in caring for my husband. They are always positive and truly do care about the patient experience and outcome. Dr. Nick and APRN Katelyn Spencer are extremely professional and knowledgeable, and always ask a lot of questions to be sure that nothing is missed. The nursing staff are always willing to go the extra mile to answer questions and make sure that he is comfortable and not experiencing any difficulties during treatments. We feel very confident being in the care of the ECHO team!

Dr. Changizzadeh doesn’t only treat patients, he teaches them about their condition. He reviewed my labs and CT with me, and asked me how I felt… this sounds pretty standard. Then he asked me if I know why my platelets were on the high side, I thought it was the lymphoma, he said having no spleen (with explanation)… got it. Then he explained how my high WBC and fluid which was identified on the CT scan are signs of infection… got it. He then continued to ask addition question before recommending an antibiotic. Additionally he recommended that I return in 6 month (instead of 12) for another CT and Labs, to make sure we’re going in the right direction… I appreciated that. I would tell all patients not to judge Dr. Nick on his seemingly lack of compassion, but to appreciate his intelligence and thoroughness in treating you… that is the reason you are there.

We started seeing Dr. Nick in May of 2021. My dad was diagnosed with extensive stage small cell lung cancer. Dr. Nick has been absolutely phenomenal through this entire process. He listens to him and my sister and I. He answers questions and explains things in ways we can understand. He recognized me outside of the office and updated me on my dad's care while he was inpatient. He offers to talk to me anytime, even after hours. He's compassipnate and he's smart and honest. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor to go through this very difficult time with. The entire ECHO team from medical assistants, nurses, office staff, palliative care team, and so on. They are all absolutely amazing and am so thankful for them all, but especially Dr. Nick. ❤
