Dr. Schwartz and the entire staff of Backus at 42 West Town St. Norwich are fantastic! I have never met such a friendly and competent staff. I love how they have the answers to my questions regardless of the method used to inquire- phone, in-person, on-line, etc. Nice people!

this was the second part of the wellness check. i was taken in on time. dr. schwartz was very attentive and addressed all my questions.

When reading my physical notes I found 3 major errors in it 2/3 we actually have discussed in that appt and previous appts.. Other general mistakes of things discussed that weren’t discussed no of which affect my health.. I sent a MyChart message and no response from my doctor
