It was more of a question and answer session than a physical. I appreciate Dr. Parekh, but I feel since I went on Medicare the time and attention has dwindled. Since the practice fell under Hartford Healthcare there also was a drop off in personal attention. Not surprising, but very disappointing.

I'm fortunate to have Dr. Parekh as my primary care physician. Aside from her expertise, she has such a warm and gentle way with her patients and I always leave my visit with a positive feeling.

Patient of Dr Parekh for over twenty years. I am very sick with Covid...full symptoms and positive test. Called her office this morning to have the medicine prescribed which lessens symptoms. told I needed a virtual visit...okay...but NO VISITS available this week. You need to start this medication early for it to be effective....told their protocol and nothing they could do. Turns out they called it in later in the day...without anyone ever telling me!!! I went to GOhealthcare and the couldn't help me because they said it was already called in. My CT pharmacy doesn't have it....Dr. Parekh office sent it to Florida. It has been a day from hell....two of my friend's also came down with Covid and they had their prescription in less than an hour!!! This is shockingly incompetent and uncaring.

It was my first time meeting Dr. Parekh and I was pleased with her right from the start. She was thorough and I felt like she actually listened to me and cared. She did more for me in my first visit than my previous PCP did for me in 7+ years.
