Dr Sanchez staff is very bad at scheduling appointments and taking messages from patients. I had a test done on 9/2023 at St Vincents hospital by Dr Sanchez. Since that time I have been very weak, lightheaded, and unable to function on a normal basis. I went to the ER at St Vincents hospital 3 days later. They did some tests and referred me back to Dr Sanchez. I called her office 2 times with no response from her or her staff. Also, she has never given me my test results. I feel Dr Sanchez should be trying to help me because this happened when I was under her care. I am unable to do household chores, prepare meals and unable to leave my home. I am weak and tire easily. I sleep all day and all night. I have lost my life, as I knew it. It is now mid November and I have not heard back from her or her office.

My friend had a procedure done by Dr Sanchez She never followed up with findings DX or results of any kind My dear friend has not been the same since the procedure was done on her Be very apprehensive

I have problems with the reflux and she give me a good medication

We greeted each other then got right to business going over my different tests and the results. She always gives me all the information I need to make a decision. She never has pushed me in one direction or another. She is not the type of Dr to leave the hospital when she is finished. She'll wait for you to wake up and talk with you. I wish more were like Dr. Sanchez.

Dr. Sanchez is SO kind, attentive and caring! She is going out of her way to help me with my issue and is willing to coordinate my care with my other physicians. I just wish there were 10 stars possible on this review...Dr. Sanchez is one in a million!!

THIS IS NOT A REVIEW AGAINST THE DOCTOR IS AGAINST THE MANAGEMENT AND THE NETWORKJune 23, I visited Dr. Mayra Sanchez, gastroenterologist, due to constant diarrhea since I returned from a visit to Central America. The doctor ordered me to do some tests and to return in three weeks to try to find the reasons for the symptoms that I presented. Miguel, the guy who attends to the clients told me that the next appointment will be for August 4, I told him that the doctor had ordered me to see her in 3 weeks, his answer was that it was impossible. The diarrhea has not stopped and more than three weeks later and several calls Miguel refuses to provide me with another closer date, if visit to the hospital ER only recommends that I see my doctor, to my question if there was another doctor that I could see, Since usually the doctors when they go on vacation leave another person in charge of their patients for urgent cases. Miguel told me that they had another doctor but that he couldn't see me.

Dr Sanchez was very wonderful and helpful. She was very empathetic and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend her.

After her assistant dropped the ball twice on scheduling my visit, She tried to blame me for sending my records in email which she had told was "fine" to do weeks before. I complained to the Clinic manager and then received an email from Dr Sanchez threatening with sub-par care if I continue to complain about her assistant

I had the best experience ever. She spends a lot of time in my visit.

She diagnosed me with achalasia. I went to Temple in Philadelphia for a second opinion. They said she was wrong. She does not know what she is talking about.Also has a bad bedside manner.
