I went to see Dr Viola for a problem with my foot. She was very kind and answered all of my questions. She took care of my foot on the first visit. She was very knowledgeable and told me exactly what she needed to do. I would recommend Dr Viola to anyone looking for a great podiatrist!!

I initiated service with Dr. Viola in August 2020 for an evaluation and prescription for custom orthotics. I was "cast' on October 1 2020 and to this day have not been provided with a pair of custom orthotics. Dr. Viola utilizes a 3-D scan to "cast" the orthotic and clearly was not experienced in utilizing this technology. It took weeks to get the orthotics back and they did not fit correctly. The 2nd fitting revealed a metatarsal pad was missing in the orthotic. Again, I had to wait weeks. I received the orthotics in the mail and they were three times the size they should have been. Office staff attempted to cut them down to size but the heel, sized proportionately to the overall orthotic, did not fit in my shoe. As of 9 months later, I do not have custom orthotics which were paid for in full. Dr. Viola promised to contact the lab to have them corrected but has not followed through. She never once examined the fit nor reviewed the orthotics relevant to the specs of the scan.

I had such a positive experience with Dr. Viola. She was thorough, educational, and very kind! She was able to fix a problem I’ve been dealing with for months in a matter of minutes. I would recommend her to anyone in need of a podiatrist.

Dr. Viola diagnosed a problem another doctor misdiagnosed months ago. She was very clear in explaining what was going on and how we need to fix it. (Torn plantar plate). She answered questions and made me feel comfortable and confident in her expertise.

Dr. Viola is a leading podiatrist in Estero, my hometown. In a month, I had met with two unfortuate incidents, both due to the negligence of someone else. Hence, I was really looking for a doctor who could help me deal with all of this. An infection in the foot and another tendon pain made it impossible to do my everyday work. Dr. Viola ensured I was comfortable with the treatment provided. I was given some medicine after a thorough check-up. The swelling is gone, only a little more to recover.

Thank you so much for my fungal nail treatment. I never imagined my nails could go back to looking pretty. Goodbye to my embarrassing ugly nails.

In FFLC, I was admitted in May this year and provided treatment for my left foot fracture. Even though I had sought advise from other podiatrists, it was Dr. Viola's care that really ensured I received the right attention. But, the delay caused quite a bit of problems for me. However, the recovery was very quick after that. I am really happy with the way the problems were handled. In fact, Dr. Viola took personal care of my condition and I really appreciate her efforts.

I feel during the night walking to the kitchen to get a bottled water. I have foot drop nerve damage in the leg and foot and tripped, stepped on the top of my foot and feel from the pain, broke the big toe nail. Went to her in Ft. Myers, I told her what happened d and she told me it was gout. I have not had gout in 7 years. Tripping walking on the top of my foot does not cause gout. Horrible diagnoses
