The staff is wonderful and very friendly. Elissa, Amanda, Naomi, Lorena, Jen, Bonnie and Cesar are wonderful. They make it easy for me to always want to come back. If it wasn’t for them I would have given up. I do miss Jen and hope she is coming back. Cesar was a wonderful manager and I hope he comes back. The new manager and her assistant don’t even talk to you. They just walk by like we are invisible. Please bring back Jen and Cesar!!

Though a great program it is NOT one you would like to work for and honestly you should just hold on to your money. Aside from the way they enjoy billing customers to better their profits (be sure to check what you’re paying for), they push their staff to “encourage” b12 shots for a better weightloss experience. I was hired as a full time employee getting 28 hours a week then rejected from obtaining more hours after other staff was in fact getting over time or an extra day of work. Patients are allowed up to 30 mins with a counselor for a regular patient BUT we will be reprimanded if a pt is with us for more than 10 mins because the owner and her crew enjoy scheduling as many as possible within a 15 minute window which in turn forces us to hurry with a patient. We asked for meetings, voiced our concerns, and all we get is “don’t worry about it.” This company went from helping others adjust into a healthier lifestyle to our numbers are too low, we need to make more sales so push injections and products. Is Oxford the only office that works this way, NOPE, and that is all I’ll say about that. So, you will lose weight, but you’ll probably also go broke. You’ll love your job at first, then you’ll despise it because you care for your patients too much to take from them the way Medi does.

I started Medi in Oxford in July 2018, but really didn't officially start until Aug. Since August, I've lost around 46lbs and I went from size 16 to size 8( I even fit into some size 6 clothes.) The plan WORKS and the people who work at this office are so supportive! If you struggle to lose weight and are ready to change your life-- Medi might be the plan for you. It isn't easy, and you have to be committed-- but if you follow-- the weight will drop!
