I can only speak to the walk-in aspect, you might as well go to the ER your wait will be the same. Multiple people gave up and left I finally did the same when the second walk in person I was ahead of was called in.

Hello,Just writing to inform the online community how unorganized this place is. When attending appointments post surgery I had to pry information out of the PA that should have been given to me. Another thing is triple check to make sure your scheduled appointment is when they say it is because I’ve went to show up for them just to tell me to come back another day/time. It’s unfortunate that you run into these issues because after surgery all you look forward to is for these appointments and progress, however its combative when the office is in disarray.

Jason went above and beyond in his care for my grandfather. He was so thorough with his work up, and extremely accommodating and caring to keep him comfortable during the exam.

How is it ethically and morally wrong to provide paperwork for a legitimate injury that hindered my ability to complete daily tasks and provide basic hygene and care for my children without help?Jason would not help me with paper work for 2 weeks of ct family leave after having a broken hand in a splint. Would love to hear how you are to care for a 5 year old and 1 year old with 1 hand (changing diapers, getting them dressed, buckeling them into a carseat etc.) and drive them and yourself to drs appointments with zero help. Just another institution that is out of touch with the reality and lack of support for today's working moms.

I went here for a knee injury they did not do anything for me they said I was fine but I’m still in in a lot of pain this injury happened 2 and a half months ago but my knee is still tender and swollen but they won’t give me a answer and they were very rude and disrespectful I will never go here again

I saw Doctor Gleason for a knee Injury.She had the ‘watch and wait’ strategy with me and was not quick to suggest surgery. I admire and respect any surgeon that will go to other lengths for healing first, before suggesting surgery. I knew then, that she had my best interests in mind. Months later, my knee finally healed on its own and I have no issues.I highly recommend Dr Gleason for any sports related injuries! She knows her stuff and will help you get as close to normal as she can 😊

Dr. Richo was very rude trying to demand more frequent visits than necessary, especially since my insurance would not cover that many visits in such a short amount of time. When I voiced this concern, he changed from rude to disrespectful and it was extremely uncomfortable to experience. Also, certain employees on the phone are very impolite. Overall, I will not be returning to this hostile environment.
