Eric D Grahling's Online Review Report Card

After receiving very high recommendations from 2 orthopedic doctors who couldn’t help me with bulging/herniated discs I was sent here. Very skeptical about Pain Management ,however I proceeded anyhow after having a bad experience about 5 years ago, being sent to a “drug factory” before the opioid crisis, where I obviously said no thank you to my 2nd appointment! After seeing his LPN, explaining my situation, and telling him that I was considering a Marijuana Medical card, but didn’t like the idea much (age 54 ), also how I have been shuffled through the medical system (at least 15 doctors, all who either said nothing I can do, or you have to live with it), in the past year. Take a copay of $75.00 on the way out! So, Grahling agrees with me, yes shuffling bad, copay with no results bad, then tells me to go somewhere else! Very unhelpful, agrees with you when convenient,yet does the opposite! DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU GO HERE!

Went to Dr. Eric Grahling office recently for an injection. Last time was 2015. This time went again and 1 day after injection, I am sore where injection was done but normal. But overall I feel 80% better than before. I have been dealing with chronic back pain for over 12 years. Recently had surgery and did not help. But because of his extraordinary staff and his expertise, he was able to lessen my pain so much. They are the best and recommends only going to them

Dr. Eric Grahling is a wonderful doctor. He and his team have been very successful in managing my back pain without narcotics. His team is very friendly and helpful, and I feel very well cared for in their hands. I have had injections for back pain that have provided tremendous relief for me. He also is knowledgeable about the insurance process and getting diagnostic tests and procedures approved in a very timely manner!

Amazing staff all around! Dr. Grahling and his staff make you feel so comfortable during an anxious procedure. Extremely talented & consciousness of his patients needs! I would never go anywhere else!

I have a history of arthritis that drives degeneration of my lumbar discs which create a sciatic nerve impact in my left leg. Its an ongoing challenge. Dr. Grahling and his staff are truly compassionate and work directly with me on periodic treatments that ease my symptoms to allow me to get back to normal activities. After working through different Dr's, and physical therapy - I would highly recommend Dr. Grahling and his team to help manage ongoing pain.

Am desperately seeking help in managing the pain of a rare disease I've had for 15 years now...and was told Dr. Grahling wouldn't see me because I've used opioids. I said I am not currently, and am totally open to other treatment options. The answer was "doesn't matter". My mouth literally hung open at the cruelty of this "professional".

My husband has been going to Dr. Grahling for about 1 year now. He has made such a difference if his life. We find the office staff to be so friendly and caring. No matter what the interaction is it is always the same. Very pleasant and helpful. Gr. Grahling is very professional and courteous. He knows how to get to the source and what he can do to help relieve the pain. He takes the time to listen to your concerns. We feel the whole team is one of the best we have ever dealt with in all our years of medical care. We would recommend Dr. Grahling to anyone that has any kind of pain. You will not be sorry.

Very disappointed. Dr. G has a prestigious educational history. He NEVER saw nor spoke to my husband. The determination to NOT treat my husband as a patient was related one the phone by the nurse practitioner. I respect the NP but was not given a chance to confer with Dr. Grahling. Extremely shocked.

Awful. I have been a nurse for 28 years. I scheduled a consultation, drive 45 minutes to see if he could help me, was told , after I artivef6, he wouldn't even see me. No explanation. Please try somewhere else.

Just had a follow up from my SI joint cortisone shot. The pain is gone. Thanks once again. The entire organization is so very kind and caring. This is the best office to manage your pain.
