Ratings are 2.7 stars for this company. An alarming issue came up & I went for testing. The tests were inconclusive for me & I needed to speak to Dr. McQueen to address my concerns. The office (after taking multiple phone calls to even get them to book the test) are not compliant to doing their job. They kept saying they sent the order but they didn't. I finally got the radiology mgr. to call McQueen's Office & please get the order for me! The results for bloodwork came back. I had asked for a hard copy report to be mailed to me. I still have not gotten the results mailed. I called repeatedly to speak with Dr. McQueen. He never called me. I then tried to make an appointment to see him & talk, staff would not book an appt. with me. I called my insurance agent. They had success getting me an appt. When I finally did get in to speak with Dr. McQueen & explain what had happened, he sided with his staff who told him I was the culprit. A BOLD FACE LIE! He would not listen to me, very biased.
