He was helpful to my sister , who was complaining about knee pain. He explained to her that an X- ray showed arthritis, and he recommended an MRI, which occurred last Monday. He was kind and patient with her. Thanks!

I suffered a full tear of the supraspinatus in my left shoulder. I was referred to OSP by some of my other ski coach friends and was assigned to Dr. Boniello. I was impressed by him right from our first meeting. He was incredibly professional and empathic to my injury. He made sure I fully understood what my injury was, how it happened, and how he would repair it. We also found some common ground in our personalities related to ice hockey and alpine skiing. He has worked with the Philadelphia Flyers hockey organization during his career, and he is an alpine skier looking to expand his work with one go his practicing partners by working with the US Ski Team. Being a USSA member myself, this absolutely impressed me. After my surgery, Dr Boniello took the same care and concern for my well being as he did prior to the surgery. Not many doctors do this unfortunately, but he did. When I failed to follow his precise instructions post-surgery ( related to wearing a sling), he was very protective of both the work he had done on me and of me! Wow! I very highly recommend Dr. Boniello for any orthopedic needs you have that he specializes in. He's a heck of a nice and caring person, and a heck of surgeon.

After a slow start at the reception desk where the staff could use more customer service training. My experience once I was taken back to the exam room was excellent. I liked him right away and he understood my issues. I would highly recommend this Dr. 5 stars. You must have patience though in dealing with the front staff. They don’t seem to know what they’re doing. Also something needs to be done about walk-in patients being mixed in long lines with patients that have appointments. Overall I would deal with it only because of the excellent DrB.

Dr. Boniello was very kind and patient. He sits and listens to what you have to say. He doesn’t rush you out of his office because he wants to get to the next patient. Explained all options available. Strongly recommend.
