Dr. Lo is an amazing doctor and human being. He is kind hearted, caring and empathetic. He listens and takes time to answer questions. I walked away knowing my issues and what I need to watch out for, and had confidence that he would take good care of me.

Dr. Lo has a wonderful caring bedside manner. He listens, he cares, he's confident without being arrogant. I was very scared of being put to sleep. When I met with him, I felt safe and very comfortable. I felt a good aura from him. I would recommend him to my loved ones. I wish there were more like him.

I went for a followup appointment after being discharged from the hospital. I wasn't impressed with the receptionist who signed me in and took my copay. Nor was I impressed with the PCA who checked me in while in exam room. However, I'm not there to make friends with the office staff. Dr. Lo was outstanding! He took time with me to explain everything to me in words and terms used by us normal people! LOL Dr. Lo has wonderful bedside manners and really encourages questions. I give Dr. Lo 5 stars because he definately deserved them!!
