Don-Andre Jackson's Online Review Report Card

I’ve never gone out of my way to review a doctor. I have had chronic pain for a long time, and for a couple years have been of the belief that I have had “Chronic Lyme” Which honestly has cost me thousands of dollars in seeing specialists and created so much endless anxiety, starting and stopping antibiotics, repeatedly testing negative and still being told I have it, and skepticism if I even have it at all. This led me to looking in other directions, first with “Pain Management” and not finally to Rheumatology with Dr. Jackson. Let me tell you something right now man, if this is you, come see this guy. He is the FIRST doctor I’ve ever felt genuine COMPASSION from, I really feel like this guy comes from a place of wanting to help you as much as possible. He brings a sense of humanity back to healthcare that I feel is lacking. When I tell you this guy listens, he really listens, and empathizes. Then, while maintaining a relationship with you that feels like a true friend, you also see this professional side to him, a man on a mission to find WHAT you might have and more importantly HOW he can help ASAP. He even went out of his way to help me with a seperate issue I was having medically and offered to consult with my psychiatrist about a concern I had that I was hesitant to share with my psychiatrist.I will say I just started treatment with him, I am not better yet, as of writing this just had a huge set back rupturing my Achilles tendon playing basketball. But let me say, after the 1st and 2nd appointment, for the first time in my life I feel hope for the future because of this man. Wether it ends in a miracle for me or not, I am touched by this guys heart and professionalism. Get an appointment if you can relate, Thank you Dr Jackson and God bless

Doctor Jackson is thorough. He listens. After years of rheumatologists he finally diagnosed me. He interacts with my other doctors and he has a priority of putting me on the best treatment plan for me.

The best Dr. around! He listens and very compassionate. The staff is wonderful.

After losing hope in doctors after many failed visits with physicians who just had no compassion, I tried again with Dr.Jackson. Last year Dr. Novella referred me to Dr. Jackson and thanks to the both of them my faith has been restored. I do not say this lightly- Dr. Jackson saved my life. He is caring, he is compassionate, he listens, he educates his patients and makes you feel you are part of the decision making in your care. The entire team in his office are what healthcare should be. Jess and Tara are so wonderful. I can’t tell you how many times Jess has helped resolve things for me. Gena Borgman, APRN who works with Dr. Jackson is equally as amazing. I hope this review gets to the office. From the bottom of my heart THANK YOU- to Dr. Jackson and his team!

Dr Jackson is the best. So glad dr Ghaly referred me to him, they are Both very professional and sympathetic to our pain.

Never a wait! He is a very thorough Dr. He really listens to you. He takes his time to explains things. His office staff is awesome! Jess is very helpful. She goes above and beyond. She helps me figure out any issues I'm having with my insurance plan. She's the best!!!
