Went here for a root canal. Drove an hour just to get there and the Dr sits me down and says “So I see you just got a root canal done…” and I said “no, that’s what I’m here for today.” Turns out the front desk could not book my appointment correctly. Annoying, but whatever, it happens. However, the Dr. then told me “I don’t feel comfortable doing the root canal” Appreciate the honesty, but will not return to dentists who are “not comfortable” doing their job ….

My apt was excellent. Carrie assisted Dr Tang who they both were excellent. Both Dr Tang and Carrie understood that I am extremely nervous and did everything to keep me calm. They engaged in conversation and really helped to calm me down.

Everyone is fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating. I have nothing bad to say about my experience. Going to the dentist is not top on my list, but Dr. Tang and her staff make my going there less stressful.
