I have been battling nightmare insurance claims after I was billed over $450.00 for a routine eye exam. Mind you this is usually about $99.00 at other offices. Seeing as my insurance caps my exam cost at $120.00 which has never been a problem at any other optomolgist, be VERY AWARE of this office. Very shady practice.

Very rude, long waits and when you finally see the doctor is a complete rush, if you ask him a question, he will answer with a sarcastic remark. No wonder all the people that works there are rude. And, he overcharges. I'll never go back to this office.

My 78 year old mother-in-law just arrived back from an appointment to get a new Rx . She was visibly shaken and crying. The women at the front desk was extremely rude, screamed multiple times at my mother-in-law because she wasn't understanding what this nasty lady was saying. The women asked my mother-in-law to go or she was calling the police. When my mother in law wanted to make sure she had the correct prescription the women put all her papers and glasses on the counter slid the door shut locked it and went in the back. I will be making many a few calls after 1pm. I worked in a doctors office as a medical assistant for many years and have never heard of anyone doing this to a patient! Avoid pinke eye center if you can!!!!

How grateful I am for Dr. Pinke. He did my glaucoma surgery & I know he saved my sight. I have since moved & haven’t found anyone as great as he. Dr. Pinke thank you-you’re the best!

Dr. Pinke takes time to explain things to you. He never acts rushed and will answer your questions. I have been going to him for over ten years and wuld go no place else. I have the utmost faith in Dr. Pinkr.=

I'd like to share this experience. I recently found this office by internet search and was happy that the office was close to home. Before I make any appointments anywhere I always call first because of my insurance, at the moment I am forced to carry Husky because I can not afford to insure myself and my daughter threw my job.....I'm working on it. I called the office to verify that the information I read on the internet was correct and that they take Husky recipients. This was verified and I was sent the paperwork to fill out. I did this and went to my appointment. Upon arrival, I was greeted at the window by a young women with a LARGE coffee mug. I checked in and presented my insurance card. The receptionist looked at my cards and in a LOUD tone told me that they don't accept Husky! Well, I called prior to my appointment to check and even if there was a misunderstanding in the phone, this young women proceeded to speak loudly with a room full of patience that they don't accept HUSKY insurance, at this point not only am I upset, I'm completely embarrassed as I'm sure EVERYONE in the room knew what insurance I have!! There is something to be said about having a bit of professionalism! This girl needs retraining in how to handle these situations, she was rude and unprofessional!

Dr. Pinke restored my vision after prolonged cataracts. My vision is now 20/20 without eye glasses. I can drive with confidence day and night and I can read font size 8 at 14 inches away without eye glasses or the embarrassing magnifier. My monitor and cell phone look fine now with the default font. I am a real estate agent. I handle contracts with fine print. I now enjoy doing my work more than ever and I enjoy the vivid colors in nature. Thank you Dr. Pinke and thanks to your support staff.
