This is the only medical facility and staff that I would easily give five stars to. The entire team works great together, things are run very smoothly, the place itself is spotless and welcoming, the staff is kind. Dr. Klauser himself is top-notch – he listens to my concerns, explains what he has found, and helps me make long term decisions. This team is a uniquely well run machine.

The whole experience has been great. Doc is super cool and so is the staff. Have had two knee surgeries ( one on each). They feel great and sturdy.

CT Orthopaedics is fantastic. Dr. Klauser was quickly able to determine the problem and provide recommendations for improvement. He's kinds and clearly very knowledgeable. But it isn't just Dr. Klauser. His assistants couldn't be nicer and more helpful. This entire Shelton office, right down to the teen who takes your temperature demonstrates the best of patient-centered and commpassionate care. I highly recommend!

The staff and Dr. Klauser were so professional and expedient. Really refreshing experience to be treated so rapidly and thoroughly. I really appreciated reviewing the x-rays directly with the doctor, 6 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.

While the wait time was too long, my overall experience was excellent. The office staff is efficient and friendly, and Dr. Klauser was welcoming and very attentive. I felt very hopeful leaving that lovely facility.
